The individual pieces can either be prepared straight away, but are also ideal for freezing. The Fitmeat Fitness Box contains juicy poultry from the corn chicken and lean steaks from the calf (heifer) and thus offers the ideal basis for a balanced and healthy diet.
What is included in our Fitness Box?

Quantity per person
A fitness box consists of approx. 5.6 kilograms of meat and can be perfectly portioned and deep-frozen. The quantity contained is enough for approx. 20 meals (with approx. 280 g meat content per meal/person)

Whether meat, poultry, sausage, bacon or sausages: for us at Fitmeat, high quality and perfect taste are essential. If you're looking for that, you won't find it in the supermarket or in mass-produced goods. That's why we choose our very own, thoughtful and sustainable way:
At Fitmeat, we value the quality of our meat products and take care to treat animals in a respectful and pleasant way. Natural rearing without feed additives, free roaming on meadows and forests and a life as the animals want it are absolutely self-evident for us!
We reject long transport routes and mass production in all its forms and always try to set an example against it. Not just for the sake of taste, but to give the animals a nice and species-appropriate life.
In comparison, cattle in factory farms are simply bred up quickly in order to generate as much turnover as possible. This wrong and fatal animal husbandry is not only morally extremely reprehensible, it also has a negative effect on the quality and taste. The meat is correspondingly watery, has hardly any flavour and also develops no aroma during preparation.
At Fitmeat, 100% of the animals therefore come from small farmers in Austria. The farms are located in the Lower Austrian Waldviertel, in Salzburg and in neighbouring Upper Austria.
Our typical breeds include Red-Angus, Black-Angus, Charolais, Limousin, White-Blue Belgian and Wagyu, as well as various crossbreeds. It is of great concern to us that the animals are born and raised by small farmers.
Since we distance ourselves from long transport routes as well as factory farming, we have the animals respectfully slaughtered individually by our partner butchers in the immediate vicinity of the farms (max. 15 minutes transport distance) or directly on the farm.
We also have close and personal contact with the farmers and work exclusively with butchers who know both farmer and animal personally.
Our master butchers cut each animal into the finest parts and let them mature selectively. In this way, we obtain first-class and well-hung meat that does not lose water during roasting and can be enjoyed with a clear conscience.
