For outstanding products, we have created our Fitmeat Black Label, with which we distinguish meat enjoyment of the special class.
With our Fitmeat Black Label, we select the crème de la crème of our products. They are all carefully selected and distinguished by their particularly high quality and marbling.
Our Black Label products come 100% from Austria and impress with their fabulous marbling and tenderness of the meat. And this needs time, which we are happy to give it! That's why our Black Label steaks are dry-aged for at least 3 - 4 weeks.
This method is one of the oldest preparation techniques and requires not only a high level of expertise, but also a lot of time, patience and passion.
The result? An exceptional flavour, together with a wonderful meat consistency.
